Cancellation Policy
The retainer is non-refundable unless there is a breach of this contract by the Studio. Should Client not pay the balance due one week prior to Client’s event date after receipt of a written notice and two (2) business days to cure, Client’s retainer will be forfeited and the Studio may cancel the contract. If the event date is changed to a new date within one year and the Studio is available on the new date, the Studio will shoot on the new date and apply the retainer to the new date minus a $500.00 rescheduling fee. A new contract must be written for the new date and will include the same rates as the original agreement (as long as the new date is within 12 months of the original date). Client is responsible to pay full amount written on this contract if wedding is canceled within 6 months prior to the event. No refunds will be made if wedding is postponed or canceled a second time.
